Starting November 15, you can enjoy a variety of dishes enhanced by this fresh, young oil.
Young olive oil, garlic, and rosemary, traditional local dish with octopus with potato and the young olive oil are just part of the rich autumn offer at our restaurant.

For dessert, try the Black Widow—a dark chocolate ice cream with red pepper and young olive oil. Don’t worry, it’s not poisonous but rather irresistible in its pairing of chocolate with freshly pressed olive oil.

To begin with, you will be warmed up by special olive brandy.
