Two years ago, our chefs had the incredible opportunity to learn from renowned Croatian chef David Skoko at Pizzeria 9 Bofora. They explored how to turn lesser-known seafood ingredients into mouthwatering soups, appetisers, and main courses. The only thing they didn’t get to try? Seafood desserts, though they came pretty close!
We’re thrilled to welcome David Skoko back for another unforgettable experience at Restaurant Marina on March 28 & 29. On Friday, our team will dive into an intensive training session, mastering new techniques and dishes. Then, on Saturday, we’ll unveil a special tasting menu for our guests.

What’s on the menu? That’s the exciting part—it all depends on the freshest seafood available. It could be a bold new marinade, handmade pasta with the perfect seafood pairing, a rich fishtail soup, or a comforting brudet. Whatever it is, one thing’s for sure: you won’t leave hungry!
