Alpe Adria Sailing Week 2018
Do you have a sailboat and enjoy some real sports competition? The regatta week among friends is an excellent opportunity to choose the contest which suits you best. This is a great way to prepare for the upcoming sailing season in four days.
Sailing is provided in several different categories:
"Alpe Adria Cup", open – for sailboats over 7 m with spinnaker
"29. AUSTRIA CUP", one design sailboats First 35
"Kärntner Cruising Trophy“, open – for sailboats over 7 m
„Alpe Adria Cruising Cup“, open – for sailboats over 7 m without spinnaker

Croatia Cup 2018 OPEN
The two-day sailing regatta Croatia Cup is intended for the enthusiasts of somewhat more casual sailing and it is always held on the last weekend in May, on the well-known regatta fiel of Punat - Kormat - Galun - Punat. This is also an excellent start to the season for all recreational sailors who what to try out the sails, boat and crew as well as have a good time.
Still, basic rules of sailing must be observed, so an unlimited number of sailing boats with a valid sailing license can participate in the regatta. All regatta participants should be verified at their national sailing federations.
Sailboats are sorted by overall length according to the OPEN classification, and the racing rules of sailing 2017-2020 (RRS), Regatta notice and Sailing Instructions apply. If there are less than three sailboats in a group, the organiser reserves the right to merge groups. The entry fee per crew member is truly symbolic and free berths are provided for sailboats participating in the regatta.

Sailing school in Punat
Learn to sail or refresh your knowledge with the professional assistance of our partners: Yacht Club Punat and NAS Sailing Center in Punat. Several club sailboats are available for sailing basics in optimist dinghies, a swell as modern smaller sailboats and a well-maintained and equipped traditional wooden boat, ideal for all those who enjoy lateen sailing.
Yacht Club Punat organizes a sailing school for children in optimist dinghies during summer time, donation to the club is required.
Furthermore there are sailing courses, basic and advanced on H22 / Elan 19 / Elan 21 sailing boats, in cooperation with NAS Sailing Center Punat. Yacht Club Punat members have 20% discount.
More information about the vessels and sailing school is available online.and with the Marina Club card you get 10% discount on the price of sailing school and other services at the NAS Sailing Center. Discounts cannot be combined.
